Today’s #MondayMaker is Francesco Lombardo, who does oil paintings of chicks and skulls. This body of work is inspired by the Latin phrase, “memento mori”, meaning “remember that you have to die.” As he explains, “It’s a reminder that death is the one experience that every person shares.
