It had come time for the two to infiltrate Maverick O'Harris ‘ base.

Viper had scouted the large bandit camp several times, mapping patterns, patrols, and all schedules.

“Right around sundown is our best bet.” She said, happily sucking the cigarette she had between her lips as she tapped the paper on the table. It was a map of the camp’s exterior. She had been able to find a route they could take to get to the center of the camp the fastest.

“There’s just.. There’s so many people-heh. hehe heh.... So many...” She took a long drag, and held the smoke in her lungs for a long time, before blowing out in a cloud.

“Heh.. Sorry. Nerves. I ain’t one to get too close to such a large group of people. I ain’t used to it.” She said. Her free hand pet Rocket, whose head was rested on her thigh. He stared up at Viper and Cherry, tail wagging, as if he was excited for this as well.

“Tomorrow is our only chance. They gotta shut down a lot tomorrow for some weird re-calibration to their security drones. I mean-they don’t work well but they’re the best of the security drones this place’ll fish out for... A long time.” The witch shrugged.

“Is everything on your end prepared?” She asked.

“it.. It isn’t as bad as being tied to someone you hate.” Viper smiles a bit, chewing the inside of her cheek a bit.

“I just never imagined this would happen... Fate has a weird way of workin, don’t it?”

King had been missing for a long time. A long time being two days. It had Knight panicked, but a scent trail had been found.

He left Ophelia with the nannies and maids in the castle, and then began to track the scent. It took him a far distance away, which set him on edge. The kingdom was left with no ruler present, and less defense. It felt like a perfect setup. The perfect plan to overthrow a kingdom. 

Either way, though, Knight had left, tracking the faint scent of King and someone else. 

As he continued to follow the trail, the smell of blood (King’s blood in specific) made Knight let out a deep and guttural growl. Within seconds he had suddenly transformed, running on all fours, and clawed fingers tossing up the earth as he ran, following the scent. It wasn’t until he saw a small house that the trail lead to, that he began to sprint.

As a sort of warning call, he let out a loud bay that lead to an even louder howl, and leaped up. He landed on the roof of the house and growled, sharp black claws digging into the roof and slowly breaking it.

[[ i decided he should be a roof dog instead of wall dog. he’s using a bipedal form, hence clawed fingers. i was gonna have him use a feral form but he’s a drama queen. ]]
