Somehow when I left London last year I thought that my determination would be enough to make things happen. It turns out that perhaps I was overestimating my ability to impact on the world I had left behind?
I am not ready to let this idea fall by the wayside and I'll tell you why.
Over here in Australia, I have been tied down with the red tape of government grants and document writing, a boring world it is becoming. But on the 20th May, The Rising Project will have an event to share with the world. This little event for emerging artists is just the beginning of what we would like to develop in Australia and London.
WeAreA Collective of creative individuals who will determine how this year grows.
October. Are you free?
Saturday 13th October from Australia to London, we would like to coordinate a global installation. In Australia we are planning a event that will showcase the talents of local visual artists, dancers, performing artists and musicians.
In London, well I was going to leave that up to you to decide...
