1. Video Games. Yes? No? What kinds?

Oh Lord, yes. My favorites are definitely fighting games (Mortal Kombat, Soul Caliber, Tekken, Street Fighter, just...all of them), but I also love the Katamari Damacy games and the Burnout series. I'm not very good at FPS, but I'm still up for them on occasion. 

2. Favorite fandoms? Why?

I kind of love the Sherlock fandom; they are some of the most creative people I've ever come across in my life and I really love how the simplest 3-second scene can elicit paragraphs noting each undertone of emotion. I honestly just love seeing artwork from all the various fandoms here, there are some truly talented people on this site.

3. Who are the people you would follow forever?

There are so many giants that I am in absolute awe of and strive to just peek over their shoulders: watsonsdick, mystradedoodles, enerjax, flyingrotten, ilovemyjawn, mid0nz, taikova, archiaart, neldeen, justaholmesboy, barachiki, reapersun... oh gosh, there's probably tons more...

4. What was your gateway fandom?

I mean, Tumblr-wise, it's obviously Sherlock. But I've been a Rogue-loving member of the X-Men fandom since I was learning multiplication tables (and sometimes I like to pretend that the second and third movies don't exist) (and other times I cry myself to sleep at Anna Paquin's utter inability to fashion a REASONABLE FACSIMILE of a Southern accent)

5. How did you find me and why did you start following me?

Oh my, I think it was the Livestream of At World's End? And I started following you because - clearly - you have good taste

6. Do you or do you wish to cosplay? What would be your ultimate cosplay?

I have not yet cosplayed (although there is a doppelganger of mine that runs around Atlanta dressed as a pirate) but I really do want to, should I ever ACTUALLY make it to DragonCon. My dream cosplay would be either: Hector Dixon (Wild Target), Arthur Dent (Hitchhiker's Guide), or Jonathan Safran Foer (Everything is Illuminated). The last one will only work, though, if I can get my girlfriend to dress as Alex.

7. Are you into music? What do you listen to the most?

SO MUCH YES. My tastes vary a lot but I really love indie pop (Phoenix, the Shins, Franz Ferdinand, New Pornographers, Spoon), Animal Collective, Scissor Sisters, Mark Kozelek, Tom Waits, Au Revoir Simone, The Unicorns, Sufjan Stevens, I...don't know...ah.....I have a last.fm that hasn't been used in awhile but still is pretty accurate. Just....go there if you want to know more... 

8. Fanfics? Do you read? If so, what do you read the most?

Can I be honest? Because fanfics are RUINING my life. For the past three days, I should have been writing a video script and researching Atlanta events for my job, but instead I've been reading the fucking Paradox series (and it is seriously SO FUCKING GOOD but DO NOT read it if you've got things to do). Johnlock is probably what I read the most, but that's mostly just because the ships I ship (Sherstrade and Crieffson [Martin Crieff and John Watson - I KNOW I KNOW BUT OMG  SO CUTE]) don't get much love (someday maybe I'll help with that? Someday...someday...)

9. Who is your British actor crush?

Absolutely Jessica Stevenson (one day she'll realise that she loves me too, I just know it). Rebecca Hall as well because she's just so...wonderful. I guess that I kinda have a crush on Martin Freeman? But it's more of a "Please just let me be best friends with you and we can talk about all the things we hate in the world. Bring Amanda, too." And, of course, Bumblebee fucking Crumbcake because he seriously is just too adorable to exist. 

10. What is the OTP that will never sink no matter what?

I want to say Johnlock, but, I mean, we all know it's Spork (or whatever portmanteau we're using for Spock + Kirk). I mean, we're on what? 30? 40 years and counting? That ship is like a fucking war tanker, it's not going anywhere.

11. What are you looking forward to the most?

Ugh, if I may be a boring adult for a moment: I'm really looking forward to this freelance job turning into a full-time, real job (my current contract is up at the end of December, so, fingers crossed). It'll just be a super-nice pay raise and a job in my field that I desperately want. 

Otherwise, I'm really looking forward to my next cup of tea...
