My favorite bar in the world! @barbenfiddich was the first bar in Tokyo that blew my mind! Head Bartender & Owner Hiroyasu Kayama mixed up his Fragrance World cocktail for us, and it was delicious! Also known as the farmer’s bartender, Kayama's concoctions are the definition of farm to glass! He credits his family farm for his interest in herbs, fresh Japanese ingredients and infusions. Located on the 9th floor of an office like building in Shinjuku, you can’t believe what is waiting for you behind the door. I can only describe it as MAGIC! Sitting at the 8-seat bar & watching Hiroyasu Kayama feels like you're watching a masterpiece performance, where every movement is executed with perfection.
