fr!! i’m scared of dogs and when my neighbors dog cane running at me and jumping up they were all like “they don’t bite” like yeah that’s great but i’m close to crying here please get control of them?! i’ve been chased by dogs twice as a child when i’ve been alone and no one was there to help me so like they terrify me but people don’t seem to understand that

One time I did all I could. I saw a dog coming so I walked by the door of a building (it was away from the sidewalk) and she let her dog come over to me, jump on me, and when I was terrified she was annoyed with me! “He just wants to play” she said. I didn’t! Why does what I want not matter????

I was terrorized with dogs as a kid and my mom got bit when she was pregnant with my sister. Still has the scar. I’m scared for reasons!
