Book of Hours and Cultist Simulator give me brainrot, have a fun lil diagram of my understanding of how the principles and powers interact
i really do love how Cultist Simulator (2018) is a complete masterpiece of storytelling but they gave it a slop title. For fun. To make fun of unreal engine games like goat simulator or the other ~1000 games of that genre that released in 2017 we've all forgotten about. Very funny. Makes it impossible to recommend to people though

📖 The Hush House Cookbook is open
For fellow Librarians who spend a little too much time searching for recipes:
I made a small cookbook-style archive for Book of Hours.
The archive contains 92 House of Light DLC recipes, with:
recipe search
Principle filtering
multiple crafting paths shown together
expandable recipe chains
English / Chinese support
The goal was simple: make cooking in Hush House feel less like searching through scattered notes and more like consulting an old cookbook.
Also, since the kitchen is no place for alchemy, purchasable drinks and Skill-made drinks are intentionally excluded.
Hope it helps fellow Librarians who love cooking!
Thinking about the Aspirant again. truly one of the characters of all time. Slams down cognitohazards for breakfast and balances the insanity with the depression. Balances the depression with copious amounts of Opium. Balances the need for opium with a day job at a random firm. The random firm has a mean boss that makes you work unpaid overtime. Decides that is enough reason to either kill him or drive him insane via the aforementioned cognitohazards. Has to balance working hours with summoning eldritch monsters.
Makes a cult to worship a principle like a week after finding out they exist. Keeps breaking into vaults filled with monsters and curses to get treasures and books of questionable utility. Keeps summoning monsters no matter how many keep escaping to keep raiding vaults and random towns.
Is so universally beloathed by other Long that when they try for Namehood they get opposed by basically everyone but Ligiea. Is incapable of thinking past short-term consequences 99% of the time. Nukes a city, or eats a bunch of people, or sends a bunch of people into eternal comas. Because it's the quick and easy way into Namehood.
Truly one of the characters of all time.
