If there are cloud shaped weather spirits, do you think there might be water ones too? Like they follow the water cycle and control different aspects of the weather/climate? Maybe cloud form spirits controling precipitation (of all sorts) and sun ray strenght, liquid water form spirits controlling humidity and themperature range, and ice form spirits controlling the temperature in itself??? Do you think I’m onto something??

I’ve watched “Hilda” Netflix series episode ten and it’s surprisingly not about the Black Hound, as I expected it to be after the ending of the previous one. It’s about weather spirits and Victoria van Gale – the perfect meteorologist (well, a little bit of spoiler – here we find out that it’s not without a mysterious reason). I liked it, this episode shows that none of the things in that series stay unnoticed and unused: if the weather lady who can predict the weather with minute accuracy was mentioned – that means she will appear and it will be interesting.

Spirits of the Northeast Kingdom: Squall

Squall is a winter trickster. The morning might be bright and clear but don’t let that fool you, Squall is on his way. From blue skies to gray, the air takes on a icy chill. Vaunerable are those caught in the path of Squall for once a calm winters day is now filled with fury. Strong winds carry heavy snow and a sudden white out blinds the landscape. A full force blizzard seems to be upon us, but as quickly as Squall is here he is gone. Squall could leave behind feet of snow or just a dusting, winds settle, skies clear and sun reclaims the day.

Now that the weather is colder, how about some Winter weather spirits? The originals of these were my Christmas/Holiday cards for family and friends last year, and I’ve printed six of them to make a little set.
