Sure!

Without knowing if you have a straight or curly sew in, assuming it’s curly, i’ll say this...treat it like your own hair. First off shampoo and conditioner both diluted in a spray bottle of water! Makes it easy to just go row by row to clean and condition your braids underneath. Make that all products/steps i a spray bottle. You can mix some water and oils also. Actually that’s it! In my head there’s some many steps but those are actually it! Using a spray bottle make it easier to access your hair with product. Its faster so even if your in a really lazy mood you don’t have to let it compromise the maintenance of your hair. Any follow up question feel free to ask
