Story Blurb -------------- The first brood day, how fantastic! Crikacrak knew exactly what would be needed to celebrate! He had spent quite a bit of time with the dwarves recently and they sure seemed to know how to party. He had managed to swipe a few of the dwarves strange drinks and had snuck them back to his little chamber in the Webb Star. Using those drinks and any other liquids he could find he mixed them all into his 'punch bowl'. Cake would be tough, he wasn't sure he could sneak that back easily. Luckily he had heard that Zriknik had been baking, and it was easy enough to ask his friend to provide a least a slice for the festivities. After dragging the piece back to his chambers it was time to find some music and decorations. The music was easy enough, Crikacrak had found an old boom box with a built in radio on one of his excursions. The thing was pretty much junk, and finding a channel that didn't just play static was next to impossible. Finally it was time for the decorations. He found the idea of decorations odd he had seen the streamers the dwarves had on the walls and  figured it'd be a good idea to have something like that. Using bits of leaves and vines from one of eco-bubbles he created some streamers and hung them around. Once everything was set up and ready he sent out invites to Pipirisk and Zriknik! And what a party it was, he wasn't sure how long they had spent dancing and hanging out, but it was certainly quite a bit of fun. -------------- The community game Webb Star had it's First Brood Day event in January. I completed the flat colours for this little comic on time for the event but never got a chance to paint it! Depicted are the first three webblings that participated in the event as well as the Queen who's hiding in the back.
