So tomorrow I'm seeing a new theripst/counsellor/psychologist/shrink/whatever you want to call her.

I don't know how I feel about this.

It's the first time in so many years since I've had to see one and I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with it.

Since my mom switched government levels a few years ago they have a different shrinks and the one I'm seeing for the first time will be done over a program like Skype.

Which quite frankly I'm not whole heartedly comfortable.

I have no idea how she was selected for me and my problems and I only know her name.

It's good that I'm finally seeing someone again, but never for this particular problem but I keep having bad thoughts regarding the session.

I dunno, have any of you seen a shrink over Skype before, what does it compare to in person, anyone know?
