Here’s something out of the usual for me! My day job consists of me not really designing stationery for customers, but more like editing pre-designed layouts to accommodate from simplest to the craziest requests (Mother of the bride - the WORST kind of customer I've ever come across in my retail experience).
However due to copyright restrictions, we're not able to use anything we worked on in our portfolios. And with my position being terminated at the end of this summer I thought, shoot, even though I still don't label myself a professional graphic designer, I really should take what I've learned at this job and do something with it!
So to make it fun for myself I decided to create wedding suites for some Final Fantasy characters who didn't get to have the wedding they maybe would have liked to have. Laguna and Raine would probably have a casual, rustic style wedding - they'd be planning it themselves most likely, too. Noct and Luna I can see as having a much more formal wedding, very ceremonial, with lots of pomp and circumstance - maybe not by choice, but when you're both young royalty, how much input are you really going to have?
