The Fontana Torta degli Sposi, or Wedding Cake Fountain, in front of Piazza Castello in Milan is one of the many beautiful fountains found in Italy. Italy has so many fountains and all of them have artistic and historical significance making them a big part of Italian culture. Every time Mimi and Bubs see a fountain they get the urge to take a dip. After a well-rehearsed explanation, our kids are equipped with the understanding that monuments need to be respected which includes following local customs.
