What I learned from that was that guests needed to make changes to their travel arrangements and vacations while she had to communicate that with all her vendors. Some wedding vendors require a new deposit fee to rebook a different date, while some may not be available for your new date. Whatever the case, always make sure you’re reviewing the fine print and working closely with everyone. Communication is key! As for guests, I always recommend getting insurance for your plane tickets and booking directly with the hotels instead of using a third party! That way when cancelling or changing your plans for whatever reason, you will still be able to get some kind of refund!
