What do you mean they’re all very aware of the phw situation? Like do they/did they believe he was guilty or innocent?

The actor spoke about how the accusations were serious and how Netflix didn't want to f with the chances of their IP tainted w/controversy. I.e. it was Netflix's decision.

I don't think the actor believed the accusations, though they seemed concerned with the accusation that "he roofied girls" (and I explained to them how that accusation sprang up after the other accusations didn't sound serious enough; he was a nepo baby who threw parties as an underage teen w underage drinking in them, as if that never happened in the history of teenagers). The actor was pretty adamant that their time in Romania was pretty chill and there were no indications that White being an ass to anyone/he was getting along fine with his peers. It was just marked as something wholly unfortunate for everyone involved.

Also spoken about was that said actor was very aware of the kind of similar interests White and Ortega had, as far as music, movies, and "provocative art" go. It seemed that their close "friendship" (🥲) along with Georgie's was obvious.

They said that Ortega and Myers got along fine, but the whole vibe for everyone on S2 wasn't the same as S1.

This is the same actor who said (and affirmed) that they saw Myers and Ben Ellis being lovey dovey to each other at the New York premiere. They were "lovin' it up", yet dimshits like Arson (who's whining about herself for some fabricated reason again) will still pull the entitled "it was never confirmed that they're dating!" fuckwittery under her own social media posts. So, you can take that and stick it up the Jemclair's asses, since they keep harassing Ben under his IG posts.

If you don’t mind sharing, not the actor, but what you learned that was distasteful about one of them? Keep in mind teen/young adult actors can be a little stuck up. There’s always room to grow.

I learned that Burton prioritizes input from the young adult actors but not the older adult actors on Wednesday, and one of said younger actors influenced a storyline/background for their own character saying that what was written might offend people (🙄😒), so they scaled it back so much that their idea became something else. It nerfed the character and the dynamics a bit, and personally I would've opted for the original idea because it sounded fun.

The assertiveness isn't what was distasteful, it's that said actor hasn't grown anywhere except into an actor who thinks they're entitled to whatever they want (which includes influencing how much screentime or interaction they have with other characters within their story arc) now that they influenced that one thing. This is why actors gotta stick to their lane; it's very easy for actor egos to inflate to the degree of creative control of their peers if you let them, and then [input from other actors gets dismissed and] dynamic storylines from the actual writers get shit on, watered down, or replaced entirely with some shit some actor who doesn't know how to write said would be better.

And no, we were not talking about Ortega, but it might be someone that Ortega doesn't get along with.

They asked you about Rockstarpercy? Why would he be on that actors radar? Did you guys talk about plot theories for Season 3? Or is everyone getting pieces of the script like Emma mentioned and they work with incomplete scripts until it airs and they see what the storyline is? Hope that makes sense.

We were talking about how horrid Ortega looked this summer (they brought it up) and I made vague mention of a boyfriend while we talked about it (this actor said they were very shocked to see her "high" Iike that because they've always seen Ortega so well put together). They had their phone out and looked something up and said, "I'm seeing something here about a guy named Elias Rønnenfelt..." and I just groaned and said, "Yeah, that's him." I hadn't just blurted out his name or anything bc I didn't even want to talk about the fucker. I clued them into the shitty stuff he's done, but didn't outright state how much I can't stand the guy/his shitty noise/"singing", but made it clear that I didn't care for him. (Adults in the room, here...sometimes 🫠)

We did end up talking quite a bit about Ortega and Hynes-White and this actor said they were well aware of the ("degenerate"/provocateur) type of art they're both into, and that it seems that Ortega is attracted to it (their words).

No plot points for Season 3/we didn't even yap about that at all, but the script thing was talked about, since they did get scripts in as they were filming (scripts that could have completely different scenes/dialogue). They said that was normal in the business, but I mentioned how it's really not/shouldn't be normalized on a show that has a tiny set number of episodes (eight is tiny) and they had years to do it even through the writer's strike; some of this was in the context of figuring out the in-universe timeline. That was a fair and agreeable idea to them.
