just discovered via my recommended videos that there’s a channel on youtube dedicated - posting multiple videos a day - entirely to whining about some crunchy roll show called high guardian spice, a show I have neither heard about until now, nor watched, nor watched content about but youtube has deigned worthy of my attention. 

I looked it up and it’s like, an average magical girl academy anime. only thing separating it from other anime like it is that the characters are clothed, and seem to remain clothed, which is good because they appear to be children

it takes a lot of energy to love something, but it takes even more energy to hate something

imagine having so much free time, with no responsibilities or obligations, a life that is obviously catered to by some caretaker or provider, that you can waste all your precious hours and days complaining about and obsessing over hating something as fleeting and banal as a fucking cartoon.

there are people dying, there are lives being ruined, there are systems rising to crush and kill and maim and r*** humanity for no other reason than demented narcissism and outdated abhuman ideologies, and THATS what they choose to focus their energy on. Why?
