confusion was all over jinri's face. hongdae was a new place for her and once again she couldn't find her way back home. as she was walking down the street full of strangers, she finally decided to ask a girl the directions to the building. "uh, excuse me, i somehow got lost and forgot my way home. can you help me and tell me the way to the mirinae building?"
It’s late, and Yuna is tired. She had the last shift at work, and she had stayed behind to help close up and now she’s practically on auto-pilot, just heading towards her usual way. Fortunately, she’s gotten used to the regular route she takes home, and it doesn’t really take much energy or thinking on her part as she heads home. Her mind is off, wandering, already partly shut off—her way of coping, and trying to rest even while on the go, when she feels someone tapping her shoulder.
“Hmm?” She turns to see who it is, brow creased from the initial frustration of being bothered by some unknown. She comes face to face to a tall female, pale looking under the street lights, with quite child-like features. “Mirinae?” She repeats, the name of the building vaguely familiar to her. Her expression softens slightly; she understands being lost around the area—she’d gotten lost so easily herself when she had first set foot in Hongdae, just a little over a year ago. “That’s a couple of blocks from here, I think,” she says finally, remember that an old classmate used to live there. “It’s on my way, do you want to walk with?”
