Avocado, simply halved and drizzled with soy sauce or a scoop of gochujang—perfection is best left unmodified. Can I mention also that these were perfect-as-fuq avocados? Which was a surprise because they were so soft, I thought they’d be overripe and brown and ugly inside. Nope. Just the bright green of heaven’s lawn.
