yeah it's my major!!!! (technically it is my minor but at this point i basically am majoring in it) but i def didn't speak it nearly as well as i do now after nearly 5 months of living in argentina

yeah lots of people have had yard sales already this month because it's that season but i haven't seen any yet so i've been looking at sales racks at stores a lot!!

How do you say it?? Is it like Marco Polo if so that is awesome

in argentina the double-L and Y sound is completely different - in buenos aires it's a "sh" sound but in córdoba it's a softer zh sound so pollo becomes po-zho and calle becomes cah-zhe and playa becomes pla-zha etc etc. it was really bizarre when i first came here but now after so long it's the only way that sounds right (and also is a lot easier when you're speaking rapid spanish!!!!!)
