The Widework in Weiborough
The Widework in Weiborough was largely devoted to adorning the borough and rewarding financeers, allowing for the swift rise of the “New Wealth” chaps and culminating in the Thinkhuddle and the “Rising Lufford. (Note: Needs further historial set-up) The Widework’s existence would be unknown to the likes of the Rye Moreen, though the effects of it would reach them in less obvious ways.
Lufford Southnebb takes # stone of each “delivery” and gives it to their own Hoff, stores some as ethling Elfs often do, and gives fee to Sun, Dwillem, and Irmane (A SUPER early move! Very impactful)

In (Hobham?) the wealth is divvied out among farming families in order to solidify their power and defense, being vulnerable as they are outside the walls. This creates a first generation of Hobhammish “little ethlings”, some of whom want to play with the bigger players...
Perhaps it is in the wake of the Widework that the Thinkhuddle is formed - a collaborative effort by a younger Herman Wolth to match the power of the Rising Lufford (to-be) Nuweth.
Funds are put toward a “wedding”? Lufford Southnebb is wed to Nuweth’s sister, to be his “husband Lefty” but will in actuality send her Out in his stead, acting himself as “husband” and lending to his nickname: The Sitting Lufford
Large sum of the Widework is given to Hiltwolves for their continued bulwark
The (Godstide)? - a one-time festival dedicatred to all gods. Held in the Eyeswhite, wherein Irmane’s prominence is cemented
Much of the wealth held by the Thinkhuddle is tied up in Reeling Guvlin deals, while Nuweth sticks his hands south and pisses off Hari. Rick Lubey’s wealth-power increases vastly
The First Dwilbert protests? Increase in the name Dwilbert
The Fam’ly D’Boyz uses the power of their connection to the Lefty to contribute to Ethlinghood
[Sothshire] Sheriffship is passed to Hiltwiser near Brokebacks
The Runewives, who had already largely shrunk in local number, focus their attentions to [Starhome] and become p much just a jumping-off point for pilgrims Death of a Lede Runewife? Was it a murder??? (Intro to History-Touch spell)
