This weeks weigh in - 190.9
I’m soooo close to the 75 pounds down mark! It wasn’t a perfect week; I went over my weekly calories, and Sunday’s weigh in said 193.3, but I knew that wasn’t exactly accurate. Maybe somewhere in between those two 🤷🏻♀️ either way, ready to do better this week. Missed my water goal a lot lately, and my protein has been lacking a little.
We’re going away for our anniversary at the end of the month, and I’m so excited! We’re going to Niagara again, which is one of our main vacation spots, aside from Disney. I tried on a hoodie I bought there last time we went, and it’s loose on me now! When I bought it it was so tight I couldn’t bring myself to wear it since that trip.
Right now my goal is to tighten up my habits, and just get below 190 by the trip.
