let it be known; first and foremost, i am not a big fan of weighing yourself. it’s inaccurate and those things can be so touchy.
having said that, here is how you should weigh yourself, if you really absolutely MUST do it.
first, take a leak. go pooh. whatever. just use the terlit.
second of all, remove all your jewelry that you can. bracelets, rings, watches, earrings, the whole lot. (unless there is one that is too hard to remove then leave it.)
third. get buck fucking nekkid. put on yer birfdee suit. go au natural. make adam and eve proud!
okay. now step on the scale. look at the number.
now boobie havers , here comes the fun part. Itty Bitty Titty Committee members: deduct 5 lbs for having titties. I don’t care of that shit is inverted, deduct 5 lbs.
bobbie havers that are apple or orange size. deduct ten lbs. (why?? BECAUSE I SAID SO THATS WHY!!)i

why do i do this?
simple. boobies shouldn’t count. yes they are part of your body, and they are health related.. but you never hear of a doctor suggesting someone lose a couple cup sizes for their health. so in my mind... they ought not count towards you weight.

So I’m gonna bite the bullet and cut out all alcohol, starting tomorrow. I know my body will feel so much better, I know I’ll finally lose the bit of weight that I just can’t.

i know personal posts are sometimes annoying and i really dont mean to make anyone think unhealthy thoughts by posting this its just something i kind of want to talk about. i’ve been feeling very body negative recently because i have had to gain weight for health reasons. and i am constantly getting told by doctors and my parents that i am “not trying” and that i need to work harder when it is a really difficult thing to do and that i am trying really hard. along with this i am moving away from the house i’ve lived at since i was an infant and it’s been very draining packing and realizing that - while i hate this house because it's filled with a lot of sadness - i won’t be able to come back here. so i’ve been feeling sad recently and i dont know how to deal w it. i try to talk with my therapist but i dont like her very much. i’m sorry this post is v annoying. anyways i hope all of you guys are feeling good and that i start feeling good too.
