My big failure and getting back on a better track
I haven't been here for a long time. Especially because I fell off the track of counting calories and staying under limits and I went back to eating all sorts of junk whilst I was anxious and eating the same as my boyfriend likes to eat. And it drove me off this Ana driven inspo to lose weight. But for the past couple of weeks I met someone and she simply asked me how did I get to this point. She wasn't being mean, she was just concerned. And that just woke me up big time. A new friend, already noticing that I was at a concerning stage. And I had been putting off the idea off of my head for so long as to "why?". Ofc I was uncomfortable everyday and hating my appearence and wish I could stop gaining but explaining the why was awakening. I told her gyms were expensive and she told me about hers which is very low cost and I was shocked and inspired. I got my parents and bf to support me going to the gym and after the nutritionist consultation me and my mum are slowly making food changes. I'm still eating stuff I shouldn't every now and then throughout the day, and each time I do I have more resistance to not do it.
Yesterday I did my first gym day and I loved it. I simply brisk walked 20min and did 15reps 2sets on three machines which killed me today. I woke up wrecked but so proud. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey. I have physical evaluation by a PT next week and he'll tell me what I need to be doing in the gym. I already know what a day of food should look like for me (even though I'm still failing, I'm slowly getting into that) and I believe I can do this now. I'm so driven. I'm so tired of being this big.
PS: I put back on the weight I had lost with restrictions and a bit more. My new CW: 91kg. My new 1GW by 1st March is: 89kg, UGW: 57kg
omg today was good, I have an interview for a tattoo apprenticeship and my cals are below 300! woop I am happy :) I am going to weigh in on Sunday and see how I’ve gone. I am hoping to have gone from 49kg to 48.5kg at least. <3
DietJournal#1 - Start.
I have been mentally preparing for this day. It's time to start, and never stop. Look forward and never, ever look back.

I have never struggled with my weight. I have love handles, that horrible stomach, the fat back, the chunky legs and of course not forgetting, the enormous arse. It's not the fact I can't lose it, Because I can, it's just I give up too soon, become bored of hurting muscles, become bored of counting calories and spending time to cook something that most likely won't fill me up. I've been doing it ALL wrong. I'm looking forward to starting this hard, hurtful journey to becoming the person I want to be.

The plan for tomorrow
two hours in the gym tomorrow as well as an amazing diet of (you guessed it) oatmeal!!!! (gonna cut on the other sort of fatty foods ive been eating for the past few days since I'm doing a photoshoot sort of thing on friday welp)

Day 13 - First Day at the Gym
I finally signed up for the gym after so long! I definitely will be going at least four-five times a day to make use of the monthly fee I'm paying each month. I took it easy today and familiarized myself with all the machines and equipment.
The plan for tomorrow
I'll be spending about two hours in the gym and will try to fit in an insanity day as well!

Day 12 - Pure Cardio
I got through the warm up exercises without stopping so that's already an achievement in itself (for me at least). Since I haven't done insanity in a week, I felt my slight asthma acting up so I had to pause in between exercises.
The plan for tomorrow
Tomorrow I'm signing up for the gym with my friend. I'm planning to do that and also fit in an insanity day. Diet will be the same as usual.
