THINGS THAT HAVE HELPED MY CRAVINGS RECENTLY AS A GIRL WITH A SUPER SWEET TOOTH🍭🍦!
•candles with sweet/vanilla scents🕯️🧁: i use a candle warmer and the decadent smell helps cure my cravings
•sour low cal drinks🍋🍹: i like crystal light pink lemonade + lemon juice, the sourness helps curb sweet cravings and the drink fills you up
•fruit with every meal🍓🍇🫐🍍🥝: i’ve been adding a small fruit cup of like strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes etc. to add a sweet end to every meal (i only usually eat 1 full meal a day, so if you eat more than that be cautious of serving size)
disclaimer: this might not work for everyone and could trigger a binge, but it works for me so i thought i’d share!
i have a funfetti/frosting sweet tooth that is very over whelming sometimes. i’ve been doing these things to try to control, and it has worked for me! good luck!
