Not drinking your calories is SUCH a common food rule. 🙅♀️But, this past week I’ve been able to see SO many food rule breakers BREAK this silly rule after learning to adapt the no food rules philosophy 🥳 It makes us both GIDDY!🤩 . For years these food rule breakers only let themselves drink their coffee black. Extra calories from milk/cream/sugar? Heeeeck no! No way. 😲But, after starting to practice living with No Food Rules they were able to enjoy a Starbucks run with their BFF 👯♀️and try the fun flavored creamers at the grocery store.🛒 All without being consumed with thoughts of weight gain 🙌🏻 . Living with no food rules isn’t just about drinking delicious coffee (although it’s totes a perk 😍) It’s about being able to enjoy life’s experiences, like coffee dates, without guilt, stress or anxiety. Without feeling like in order to be “good” you have to order a black coffee. . Now, there is nothing wrong with enjoying a strong, black cup of coffee. I sure do! 🙋♀️But would you get anxiety, feel guilt, or stressed if there was something added? 🤔The answer should be no. .
