Water fast over ive lost 4 pounds in 2 days.. Back to the Gym and Dieting tomorrow
So ive been on a water fast for 2 days and I've lost 4 pounds ! ive decided to stop that tonight and as of tomorrow im going to be going to the gym twice a day 5 times a week and also join zumba and swim! and also eat healthy.. no more junk food.. no more pop ( i need dr pepper in my life.. this is gonna be hard! :'( ) and no carbs or sweets and stuff !! my goal is to loose 30-50 pounds (2.5-3.5 stone!) by September 15th ! im so fed up of feeling chubs and not looking nice !
Time to slim down and shape up !!
