What is happening here? This looks like a nice house, but there's a little weirdness going on inside. It's a 1980 ranch in Kildeer, IL that has a lot of updates and is in a desirable neighborhood. 3bds, 4ba, 4,310sqft, $739,900.

The first thing we see is a dining area with lots of flowers, a festive helium balloon, and some stuffed animals sitting backwards on stools?

There's a long distance photo of the kitchen. So, this is a large open space family room/kitchen. Not loving the big expanse of dated flooring.

In the family room there are some more dolls and things on the sofa, which is actually pushed into a weird corner, to clear the sliding doors to the deck and make room for exercise equipment, a big TV, a keyboard, and other stuff.

In the formal sunken living room.

Next, we have the formal dining room separated by several arches and a wrought iron rail.

There's a castle-like stone wall w/niches, going down to the ground level. By the looks of the door to the right, it's also the entrance hall.

This is what I assume is a home where the beds aren't made, b/c they don't show the bedrooms, just the hallway. That's a mannequin in the mirror, isn't it?

Downstairs, there's a big stone bar with shelving in mirrored niches. Note the upholstered padding on the bar.

The rec room has a large stone fireplace wall, teddy bears on the couch, and another mannequin, plus a lot of other stuff. This is creepy. Could never understand people who decorate w/mannequins.

3 car garage under the house and a terrace along the side.

Large 1.09 acre lot has lots of possibilities.
