A couple weeks ago I had a dream which featured random teens and some sort of artifacts that could change people into elementals. Some dude transformed into the ice elemental (that I didn't actually see in the dream aside from the weird teeth and eyes) and then later the fire elemental (whose body shape I do remember seeing), and there was a mention of a life elemental and that its month was April.

I had not one, but two false awakenings during which I started to draw/write this stuff down (this happens a lot since I keep a dream diary) and eventually woke up for real. I got super inspired by this for some reason and came up with the rest of the elements and elementals during the day. Been painting these cleaner versions since then.

I was going for funny/weird designs like the fire one, but kind of strayed from the path and waltzed into body horror territory. :D

i really like doing dance and ballet but i'm not Out at my studio and while i'm there i'm mostly fine w seeing myself in a leotard in a mirror but as soon as i see pictures of myself when i'm not at the studio? it's like. Weird like i don't know who the person in the picture is anymore like It's Not Me
