Mine's raising my hand when I need to talk in a group setting, as long as someone's looking at me, I'll eventually get all their attention

also if youre a content creator you literally cannot grow as a content creator forever. That is literally impossible do not hold yourself to that standerd. Im watching a stream and he said how he always wanted to grow and never plateau. That... is literally impossible. You can not keep growing forever there will always be an end point. It might be 7 billion but theres still and end point. There will come a time when viewers and subscribers are steady and thats completely normal. Also content creating isnt just about accumulation more its also about not loosing people. If you focus on just the growth than the people that are there will get bored and leave you gotta focus on keeping the followers you have too you dont want to loose them. so yeah plateau isnt bad its a natural part of the process dont worry about it
