Before I went to pilates today, my blood pressure was 100/80, bpm 149, just for standing for 5 minutes.

Did class anyway, being careful with moves, my teacher was aware of it and all. Thought I was okay.

Came back home, started feeling way too sleepy, the "my brain is shutting down" sleepy, lightheaded, dizzy... decided to check my blood pressure and bpm again.

87/52, bpm 58 while sitting.
