There’s a door on the wall under our wallpaper in our computer room. Our house was built in 1807 and I’ve found all kinds of stuff hidden in it. In our cellar hidden on top of the beams I’ve found a silver plate and creamer, old flat nails, writing carved into the wood that is hard to read, and a very old sepia tone photo of a little kid. I’ve been tempted to remove the wallpaper in this spot to see what this door thing is. It may lead to the old chimney and may have been used as a heat vent for the upstairs?? Anyhow it’s pretty weird. There is also a hollow spot in the floor near the computer room doorway. Maybe something is in the floor?
