Out of the few places that he’s visited so far, none of them really speak to him very much. Despite the fact that he’s been to so many worlds in his young life, for some reason, now more than ever, he feels...a little homesick. Never being a big fan of cold climates, and not knowing many cold climates, this place doesn’t exactly feel the most welcoming to him. Not to mention his friends aren’t with him. But hey, that never stopped him in the past. Maybe if he’s lucky, he’ll make the most of his time here. After all, it doesn’t seem like there’s anyway out, at least for quite a while.
And another thing, ever since arriving, he’d noticed that for what feels like the millionth time, he is mostly powerless. In front of his friends, he tries to pass this off as no big deal, but the feeling of being powerless eats away at him. More than he can say out loud, being able to do nothing is so frustrating. Despite what Riku had said to him in the past, he can’t help but feel weak without having friends by his side.
Wanting to find some place to think for a while, one of the places that sounds appealing to him is known simply as The Docks. Finally, a place with some water. Maybe the sound of the water gently flowing will help put his mind at ease, while also at least a little bit, easing that feeling of homesickness. With that in mind, he takes off immediately.
When he finally reaches The Docks, he takes a seat on the first empty bench he finds, leaning back a little while placing his hands behind his head. While the scenery of the world certainly pales in comparison to the Destiny Islands, there was something at least...kind of calming about being near the water.
Without even thinking, almost as if his body is moving on it’s own, he extends his hand forward as his Keyblade manifests in his hand.
“I know it shouldn’t bother me, but I guess it’s back to square one again, huh? I feel so...out of the loop. I wonder how everyone else is doing.”
