I have so much to say about the chronicles of wonder finale.
With the alternate timeline, it almost feels as if Ick pulled a Midas. I wonder if Ick saw their world as gone because no one was meant to remember them, so somewhere in their mind they thought that they shouldn’t go home. So they made an alternate time within their mind palace as if they were making a new world. And in that AU, they kinda just threw out the first thing they thought of for the people in their lives, which happened to be a twisted and very wrong world because it happened inside their mind and with that the world had access to their fears, their worse case scenarios, and their broken images of their family because they’re going back to a world where they’re not meant to remember leaving despite how big of a deal them leaving was in that world. So there’s a chance they still believed that no one forgave them for helping Fable
