Sometimes unpleasant and disagreeable events happens to us in past that we can't forget and get anxiety by thinking of them always, I can relate whoever is going through this problem because I have also been suffering so much because of my unwelcomed event happened to me in the past but I am helping myself to forget it because I don't want past to destroy my present ..... I know it is hard to forget but past is past and it can't come again so relax and think of yourself and to how improve yourself in present inorder to have a bright future
