Um... Depends on your definition of weeaboo.If you mean like, hard core "omg that's like kawaii DESUUUU konichiwa totally Japanese I watch Naruto" weeaboo...
Then it's a total no.
But if you mean "Yeah, I watch Anime. I cosplay. I can appreciate Japanese things but totally respect the culture." weeaboo...
Then yes. But that would be considered an Otaku here in the US. Which isn't as bad as a weeaboo in an American's eye. I wouldn't really be annoying and claim to be Japanese or some shit like that. I'm chill with anime and get excited for things like ships and fanart and new seasons like any other fan of any other fandom is like.
Sorry if this is confusing. But in simple terms, I'm just a normal fan. Not a stereotypical weeaboo.
