#Repost @vosooghiman (@get_repost) ・・・ First time repping two plates in the gym today...and went it pretty well! 5 was the number I had in mind, but I was feeling frisky and went for 6. We’ll just call that last rep a pause squat 😅 . Shown is 225x6x1. Afterwards, I worked up a bench double at 175 and a couple of deadlift singles at 325. BW at 142lb this morning. .
