This beautiful boy is Bootstrap! He is Pockets brother and one of the first “chickens” I got. We got them together as two week old chicks and I hand raised them until we realised that he was a rooster! I didn’t want anything bad to happen to him so I sent him home with mum and we gave him to our neighbour. He now lives as a healthy free ranging rooster with 14 lovely hens. This was the first time I’d seen him since sending him away last year! He’s so beautiful and noisy and it made me very happy to see him thriving ❤️
