I love that Big Daddy is so supportive of his little girl's transition. What an amazing father :D Did Carlo and Wendy cut contact with Mama Cosma aka Carlo's mom since she's such a transphobe? They don't need her toxicity in their lives or their kiddos' lives.
He isss, 😭😭 I think after losing the twins’ mom in childbirth, Big Daddy prioritized making his children happy above all else, and honestly was probably ecstatic to learn he had TWO daughters instead of one
pre-transition Wendy (whose deadname I haven’t even decided bc it’s not important lmao) was always quietly unhappy with the difference in how she and her sister were treated, even if she wasn’t sure why. When they were still quite small, Blondelle let her “brother” try on one of her pretty dresses just for fun, but Wendy liked it so much they quickly came up with the “sisters game”- where they would ‘pretend’ Wendy was also a little girl, so they could share things like tea parties and dollhouses.

As the two toddlers got older, thier secret sisters game became more and more frequent, until big daddy inevitably walks in on it, and is absolutely heartbroken by how frightened his ‘son’ was to be ‘caught misbehaving’. Big daddy may not have known the WORD for ‘transgender’ at the time, but he was immediately able to pick up on the emotional importance of the sister game, and just how much more COMFORTABLE Wendy looked when dressed like her sister. So, the sisters game became permanent, and big daddy did all the research he could to give his daughters equally fulfilling childhoods. Fun fact, when Wendy first socially transitioned, Blondelle cut her long hair, so that the sisters would be identical while Wendy’s grew in 🥺💕
Second funfact: only Blondelle actually ends up getting plastic surgery, and she’s only a LITTLE salty that her sister’s are almost the same size naturally 😂
As for mama cosma, you BET YOUR ASS THEY DO- Carlo and Wendy wanted Perry to have a happy childhood, and knew her extreme refusal to acknowledge her grandsons true self would get in the way of that. Perry eventually reconnects with her in his adulthood, but Mama cosma was absent from he and his families lives for over a decade due to her horrible reaction to Perry’s transition, and refusal to change her views :(
( I know this turned into an ask about Wendy’s transition story when it was supposed to be mama cosma related, but I don’t wanna talk about her ass tbh 😂😂)
