“It is far too early for so much noise-- are they actively committing a murder out there?” The noise from outside her makeshift bedroom were horrible, it sounded like the whole place was about to shake apart and the boys were killing one another in the process. While not unaccustomed to the boys antics at this point, this seemed odd so early in the day, normally acts like this were before bedtime or after lunch.

"If you're looking for Peter. . . I don't know where he is, we haven't seen him in weeks" Wendy didn't have the energy to deal with him that she had as a girl, she was a woman by the time she returned to Neverland and while she loved the lost boys, they were so much work. At one time Hook struck fear into her very core, now-- she wondered what the worst he could do to her would really be? With age came clarity and realizing how selfish and twisted Peter really was for keeping the lost boys on the island, never aging, never knowing a real life, much like he had done to her.
She put down the sewing she had been working on to stand from where she had been perched on a rock, finally looking Hook in the eye, waiting for him to tell her what he was there for.

“Peter just told me about this fun little speakeasy on fourth that’s having a live band tonight-- you should come with me, I promise it’ll be fun” Wendy smiled as she leaned into Rose’s door, she wanted to go, they deserved to have some fun, but she didn’t want to go alone. She knew it wasn’t proper, but sometimes it mattered more to do something you enjoy.

“I had to separate Slightly and the twins-- they were about a minuet away from setting the forest on fire” Wendy offered Peter a kind smile, setting herself on the log next to him, eyes taking a moment to scan over the boys once more, making sure no one was hurt or needed tending to for the moment.
