She was frustrated and that was putting it mildly. Katie didn’t know what was going to jog her memory, but the constant questioning was beginning to drive her insane. Nothing changed moment to moment, so she didn’t understand the constant need for the poking and prodding of the healers. She felt like she was at a loss. If she wasn’t frustrated at her lack of remembering something, she was anxious at the thought of the fact that it might be lost forever. Katie sighed when someone new walked into her room.
“Before you ask, no I don’t know who you are. No, I don’t remember anything. If you ask me either of those things, I’ll sock you. They won’t give me my wand back yet,” Katie pouted slightly as she sank back into her bed, arms crossed like a petulant child.
