I have to get this out of the way
What is wrong with heteroships in RWBY? It’s kinda clear Sun and Blake have feelings for one another, Neptune and Weiss had a respective crush, it’s kinda obvious Nora and Ren are gonna hook up, Jaune still misses Pyrrha, and Ruby and Oscar have something going on as well. Why are heterosexual relationships suddenly taboo? I mean, hell, the only canonical lesbian character we’ve been introduced to at this point is Ilia but even that’s pushing it because all we’ve seen of her is talking to Blake and establishing how they were sisters-in-arms at one point.
And this isn’t me asking out of homophobia. If you got a homoship, fine with me, more power to ya. It’s just when you start attacking people who ship boy x girl that’s when I start drawing some lines and asking questions.
