So apparently McPig had planned to make a game with The Noise where he has the ability to transform into a "Were-Noise", which is basically The Noise if he was a big brute like The Hulk instead of his usual short-stack self.
Someone made a mod based on this concept where The Noise transforms into Were-Noise during night levels, and you have to collect candy.
What I find interesting about this concept for The Noise is that Were-Noise has a similar physique to that one bulky portrayal of Mr. Orange. In fact, I'm pretty sure I read that the Were-Noise was supposed to be Mr. Orange before they changed him to be The Noise himself in another form. I could be wrong of course, since I don't remember WHERE I read it.
My headcanon is that The Noise transforms into Were-Noise every full moon and steals people's sugary treats to satisfy his appetite. And since a full moon only happens once a month, this is what Noise refers to as his "time of the month". Why does this happen? Something to do with how The Noise is Mr. Orange's twin, but Mr. Orange turned out bulky while The Noise suffered some genetic hiccup that causes him to remain small most of the time... also, gremlin magic. Were-Noise should be The Noise's true size, but he got a little unlucky.
Speaking of were-curses, Gustavo is apparently a canonical were-rat and I find that fascinating. I kinda want to write a parody of "I Was a Teenage Werewolf" to explain how Gustavo ended up with a were-rat curse...
