Elizabeth Genereader - Glass Walker Theurge (yes, the same Elizabeth Genereader from the Glass Walker tribebook -- for the most part, i don't remember if she was a theurge there or not off the top of my head rn. she's older because the chronicle takes place after the death of King Albrecht and Zhyzhak, and the loss of the silver crown. Elizabeth is one of the few remaining Garou who was there to see it happen, which ties into why she's at the sept and has "settled" there.)
