Last week I had a privilege of returning to Nizhniy Novgorod for a street art festival "MESTO" organized by Zerno Pro and curated by Nikita Nomerz. As part of the festival Nikita has presented his street art documentary that he worked on for over 6 years, it was titled "The Open Film". Working on my wall I explored the idea behind the title, openness/insularity forward thinking/traditionalism and so forth. Many bypassers found their own interpretations which is what I always loved about painting borderline abstract/representative artworks. What do you see in it?
