One of the best parts of the weekend was when we took a wrong turn and ended up walking through China town during the Chinese New Year celebrations. Negotiating the packed streets with a sleeping baby in a pram was great fun. I loved trying to circumvent everyone who wasn't looking where they were going and relished having to struggle past the people who just suddenly stopped in front of us to take a photo. The explosions of the fire crackers were just the icing on the cake. Aubrey loved her sleep being disturbed with the sound of a hundred little pops and snaps coming from the circles of cheering tourists.
