Diversity/ Inclusion ... but not as Leftists sells it.

Countries should be allowed to keep their people homogeneous. be it for their culture, dialect ... as much as countries made up of different peoples or those made up of various migrants. thats the diversity. instead of force/ fake diversity of influx from totally different cultures with NO integration plan than to let 'nature' takes it course. Serbia/ Bosnia, Tutsi/ Hutus, Indonesia during 70s/ 80s , anyone?

1. looks more like invasion/ conquest attempts in progress.

2. do you REALLY want to go to another country...only to find it no different from the one you left? (it mau be comfort to some ... but srly, you left your McD ... only to another McD... defeats the point of travel.

inclusion is to be had org like UN, WTO and such...maybe more from immigrant countries. of course you need to have standards. those who share common goals/ ideals....instead of letting everyone in like rifrafs, moochers, etc.

at this rate, its either a gradual take over or a ticking time bomb gathering critical mass. take your pick.

rmbr to toss these traitors to their 'divetsity' crowd. for they lost you a country/ haven.

forced diversity throu influx of refugees results in lost of culture, possible takeover from said people, be it from terrorism or catering to them to make them feel at home. once people realise or when tensions reaches a point ... Bosnian war, anyone? (check history for other refs) solution be helping them within their own regions. that way they be closer culturally and easier to return when its safe to do so. instead of being uprooted. (there are reasons not to by neighbours but if its not alright for them what makes you think a vastly different country ought to? do they know someting abt the people you don't?) ---- leave the diversity to immigrant countries. and each country's people to decide on rate of entry ... not the govt. (from current events, govt seem to ig people in order to earn brownie pts with the global community ... when its the people who have to deal with on grd lvl) ---- like cooking a stew ... adding one whole new ingrediant without measuring/ gradually strirring it in, spoils the whole pot. ---- be wary of 'diversity' angle. force it and it'd have backlash down the road. (either bring down a company or country)

theres also the other kind of diversity. besides the LGBTQ+ (dang they get into everything), females, etc. better to go with merit than be of token (yes, you do the work ... but ARE you competant?) if you are the former, than congrats! despite initial getting used to, you've manage to be it due to your work! thats a valid point of pride! if your the latter, you add NOTHING ... if not subtract (when you suck at your job) alt speaking, if the office was run by an all female (an example) you' d NOT be in it. the company's like running a charity case. face it, certain industry favours certain people. be it more males to females (vice versa), certain races over others (esp in the entertainment biz) ---- so merit is the equaliser. continue pt 4 >>

abt - western diversity (pt 2)

even within a country, theres diversity. let’s have China as example. (oh man, THAT'ts a whole lot of diversity, messiness abound. hey at lest its diverse. even as the govt in their way is going for unifomity) in languages, in food, probably on some cultural aspects. even as they are considered all chinese. or han chinese. (i’m not sure if theres other types besides han … maybe those decended from mongols?) you can sort of tell from physical features as well. (nuamces which escapes me)

with this influx of people from otherside of the world, unless its the cultural (instead of finacial. who wouldn’t want to be in the land of milk n honey?) who would have little skills (for that country), cultural shock, and a tendency to make literal ‘themselves at home’ LIKE home they just left. why did they leave in the first place? misunderstanding of the term. esp in the case of illegals… like squatters (except its usually within natives, finacial diff) who take over a piece of land, it becomes riddled with pollution, criminal activities etc. there may be exceptions but rarly). so…. all these influx would wind up having fifedom in their host country. closeted in their communities (look at France prev gen of refugees) coimng out only to rage …when you have to interact daily to get used to both native born and new comers to acclimatise.

otherwise, what you’d have several generations down the road … like Thailand’s restive south (er, which part of it os restive?? periods of cessefire i guess?) or parts of China where they want a seperate country of their own. even if its due to religion … its relevant. aren’t current influx of the same?

abt- western 'diversity'

why not leave countries as they are? leave diversity to those whose foundations are immigrants from various parts of the world? who wants to go to a country only to find its lost its identity/ culture...a sea of faces like you've just left at home? right now what the west is doing is forcing diversity, like globalism, their version of an 'ideal' world ... when in fact, they are wiping out global diversity. why? so it' d be easier to comquer/ meddle/ ctrl. since they don't have to delve into layers/ understanding of how that country works. that's what' s been done to europe. to be continued pt 2>>
