Volunteering for 2012 Western Open
We need volunteers this Friday and Sunday. The 2012 Western Open will be huge as always, so we need as many people as we can get. If you volunteer, you get to join the club for free. Otherwise, we will ask you to pay the per-semester club fee of $25.
Here are the times that we need people to help out at the RSF:
Friday 2/17:
4-6pm trucks will arrive carrying 30 ping pong tables. We need to unload all the tables and wheel them into the RSF. Meet at our usual practice area if you don't see us in front of the RSF main entrance.
8-11pm RSF clears out all the basketball players and we must set up all the tables, chairs, and barriers. Meet at our usual practice area if you don't see us at the Special Events entrance.
Sunday 2/19:
4-6pm as the tournament finishes, we must put away all the tables, chairs, and barriers as fast as possible. Intramural Basketball starts at 6pm so come early so we don't get in trouble!

The largest tournament of the semester is scheduled for February 18-19. This reminder is for club members who want to PLAY in the tournament. There will be another message about volunteering later.
We recommend everyone in the club to participate in this tournament. It's great experience, and we usually send around 15 players every semester. Anyone that wants to play, can play.
