FINALLY I CAN UPDATE THIS BLOG 😆
Hey there everyone. Yes, I am back.
This time my parents and I took a short two day trip to Yatton and Bath. We went to Western-super-Mare on our first day. It’s a nice sea side town with its own small amusement park and pier arcade, complete with a go kart track!
We stayed the DoubleTree Hilton, Cabury House Hotel. It was a lovely hotel and everyone there was so friendly. Everyone truly made us feel welcome. Gorgeous grounds and comfy rooms. And for those who like to do a work out, there is a gym and swimming pool. I believe that there is also a spa for anyone who is interested. This hotel is worth staying at.
The next day we went to Bath. It is a really nice city, perfect for day trips. And the Roman Bathhouse is amazing. It was so festinating to see what the Romans had done to make a place for relaxation and healing and a place for worship. Just seeing the only thermo spa water in Britain was quite breathtaking. Especially when you can see the naturally made bubbles in the water. Obviously, you’re not allowed to go swimming in it, but you can’t deny that the whole of the museum was amazing to walk through and learn about the history. If you love your history, I highly recommend visiting the Roman Bathhouse. It’s just a shame that the weather wasn’t great.
Just a short but sweet trip. I loved being somewhere different, especially since lockdown restrictions have eased a bit. I hope you guys enjoyed the update.
