Did you know the Bunya Mountains range rises to an average elevation of 975 metres, with the two tallest mountains being Mount Kiangarow and Mount Mowbullan, these rise over 1,100 metres. Slopes facing the northeast are part of the Burnett River catchment, those on the southeast make up part of the Brisbane River catchment, while those facing the southwest belong to the Condamine River catchment and ultimately the Murray-Darling River system. Well any press is good press right? If you don’t know I volunteer at a local art gallery. WE ended up with some local press coverage with the our Flying Arts Cream of the Crop exhibition. It’s now come to an end but if you are in Brisbane you can see it the exhibition at Flying arts headquarters at the Judith Wright Centre in Brisbane from April 28.
