This has came into my mind. Since pinocchio is Italian How would all the pinocchios react to someone breaking pasta?
Now I'm gonna get a bad grade in being Italian but broken pasta is actually one of the "food crimes" that bother me the LEAST afkhsdhadk also most of those kids went hungry/ate copious amounts of random dogshit, I don't thing they would be excessively troubled

See, what makes that PVS scene so stunning is not just the kind of body-horror-esque vibe, it's the fact that Pinocchio is flipping the script on most of his adaptations by NEGATING his humanity in favor of his true nature, which is that of puppet/fighter/woodcarver's son. It's extremely powerful and goes against all we've been taught about his story, and I think many of the Pinocchios (especially the ones more...........sort of babey coded lol) would be shocked and perhaps a little horrified by this turn of events.
You know who WOULD eat that shit right up tho? Del Toro Pinocchio. Little creacher unfazed by bloodshed who now knows humanity goes beyond being made of flesh - he'd be STOKED, okay. He would think that VS Pinocchio is his new cool brother who also has seen war.
However, on the other side of the spectrum, we'd definitely have August. Poor bitch went back and forth between human and puppet enough times that I suspect the sight would trigger something in him - also why is there a kid fighting VAMPIRES around now????? Remove him from the premises before Henry gets any ideas smh
